How did you lay out your A453 computer science controlled assessment??????????

Annotations and explaining the code is probably the most important part that would get the most marks but i'm struggling on laying out all of this.

I'm doing a variable table and test plan.
Can you just like list what i need to do and also bullet point like the title of each document pleasee and in which order

also in the test plan do i have to include screenshots?

I have development, screenshot of code with commentary, failed tetst and errors resolved
