Answer me these 2 questions if you're a leftie/liberal/socialist

1. Why are most of your arguments for staying in the EU based on economic regions when the EU is primarily a political union?

I'm sceptical that there are any economic benefits, but even if there were, why do we need a political union, instead of just trade agreements?

2. Why do you keep bloody insisting that we take in loads of economic migrants and 'refugees'. Most of these people are a living relic from the 12th century. FURTHERMORE if they actually cared about safety, they would stop in turkey, greece, croatia, france, etc..
1. Political union standardises the red tape across EU countries, reducing costs of licencing things etc. It also helps keep us relevant in the wider world, when negotiating with others, which impacts international trade

2. I don't, our leaders are insane. Deal with the real issue, which is the leadership of the EU, not the EU itself.
