Biology Helppp????

Can anyone help me question 1(b)(ii) of the practice questions in Chapter 2: Nucleic acids - I don't get it!!!!!! I can't seem to get the same answer as in the mark scheme! Thanks!

Perhaps state what book or source you are referring to.

It doesn't matter now but thanks anyway for replying! It was my fault I was too lazy to take a picture of the question (it had a graph that you would need)
