I’m just wondering if imperial would consider me for biochem with Spanish if my personal statement is solely on medicine?

these courses know that a lot of their applicants are medicine applicants and therefore their personal statement is geared towards medicine
they're not dumb and they understand that the majority of personal statements will be medicine related and therefore this shouldn't disadvantage you
that being said, you're best bet is to email admissions and ask them, after all, they'll know best!
