Medicine or engineering, Please help

Hello,
I am an international student currently studying A level Physics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology. I am expected 4 A* and i got almost 300/300 in all my subjects at As.
I applied to both medicine and engineering, but now I am at the point where i have to decide whether to go for medicine or engineering due to deadlines for accepting offers.
As to my subjects i really found i enjoyed physics the most due to its less memorizing and more conceptual nature, however I like Biology too, atleast the parts that have even a little bit of concepts to understand.
I havent done any work experience as it is not possible where i live.
My family is relatively rich and if i happen to go for medicine they will support me financially and possibly make me a small clinic here where i live, so in terms of money when in the long run, medicine will be a clear winner.

My only problem with medicine is itll be along way till i be a fully certified specialist and i fear that this will make me lose the best years of my life ( 5 years mbbs+ 2 pgy, pgy2 + atleast 5 specialist training) doing something i dont really enjoy.

On the other hand, i really think i would enjoy the engineering course more because of physics and the practical nature of the course.

However, the job after graduation is not guranteed even while im considered one of the smartest students across my country. And the money doesnt look that good.

But its a clear path, 4 years then a medium paying job.

Your thoughts? Please help

Engineering, you seem to enjoy it more man.

But don't not study medicine on the basis that it will take a long time to finish.
