Can you help me answer my log question???

Really struggling with this question on logs, would appreciate any help!

If you can show me workings, that'd be more beneficial!

Thanks!

(I have done part a, struggling on b!)

I'm still confused, I've never done logs before!

Here's where I got to!

The key thing is that the log now drops.

log_a_(x) = y
Then x = a^y
That's what you must do!
Got me?

It's simply rearranging the expression! So what you've done is good, but just drop the log sign in your updated working.

Perfect.
Although, personally, I prefer one fraction. So, I'd leave it as 7/3.
