I speak 5 languages altogether: English as my native language, Tagalog with my mother (she didn't teach it to me from birth so I learnt it as a teenager), and I have just finished a four year degree in French, Spanish and Russian (I lived in both France and Russia for a while). However I can't wait to start learning other languages now that my degree's over. I'd love to learn Italian and another Slavonic language, maybe Polish or Czech, and definitely another Asian language. Asian languages with a similar grammatical system to Tagalog definitely make the most sense to me (I mean, with a flexible word order, no nominal declension, and grammatical 'particles' to define different parts of the sentence). It'll probably be Japanese as I have cousins there and it's the one with the most readily available learning materials, too.
