If I send a edexcel GCSE paper Back for a remark as I was 3 marks off a C in history and it comes back the same do I get a refund!

Considering the new guidelines for remarking are you sure you want to get it remarked - it probably won't change and you'll lose your money. The new guidelines states marks can be only be changed if there was a technical error ie a mistake in counting the marks
