4 questinos, 1 minute to pprepare, and 90 seconds to talk about.

I followed the STAR approach in all my answers- law firms really like it :smile:

good luck!i prepared some answers before. I spent time planning and saying answers in those time limits. I really recommend ou do that so you get a feel of how much is possible in that time. Good luck!

Hi! im also looking to prepare for my video interview and I was wondering what you mean by a commercial question like what was it looking for? was it relating directly to the firm? if you could give me an insight into what it was would be so grateful!

Thanks for all the info thus far. I just wanted a bit more detail on top of what has already been discussed; i.e. a mix of competency questions around

1) Teamwork

2) Difficult relations [I guess with others within a team or an external relation]

3) Greatest achievement and how that was done

4) A commercial based question [I'm guessing either]
a) A recent story and how it impacts the firm / client
b) What are the market factors affecting the legal practice
c) What are the market factors that affect our clients across our key sectors

If I am missing something - competency or commercial based, I would really appreciate a PM.

b) BLP Assessment Day
c) Hogan Lovells phone interview
