Offer send-out date for Pembroke College

Dows anyone know when Pembroke College sends out offers/rejects to EU students for physical NatSci?
Would I first get an email or message by post?

But I have heard someone two years ago already had a reject from Trinity on the 6th or 7th jan and then a pool offer from a different college on the 9th.

No - could be anytime between 9am and 5pm (ish) GMT.

So i will get the email 99% before 5pm?

According to an email sent to me by Trinity College admission officer, the decision email will be sent on the 12th of January 9am GMT.

I imagine that's "from 9am" not "at 9am".

And all colleges are different....
