Graph Structure

I am doing my coursework, and I am comparing 2 places. I am doing my analysis atm. I have done a graph for each place about the same thing. For my analysis:
Shall I do 2 paragraphs, an analysis on one graph, and then analysis on the other graph. And then maybe a paragraph to link it all together? (e.g. trend, explain and why for each para)
Or shall I do one massive paragraph of both the graphs together analyzed, and link them together. (e.g. trend 1, trend 2, explain, explain, why, why.)
Which is best?
My coursework was similar to yours, what I would do is do the analysis for each graph separately, and link it at the end.

Thanks. How did you link to your hypotheses after each paragraph, if they weren't linked together?
