I'm starting mine on Monday with QA Apprenticeships/University of Roehampton after completing a Level 3 Apprenticeship with QA. I also know many other apprentices from Cisco and Accenture are starting their degree apprenticeships this month also.

Yeah I just started mine last month with Accenture but they changed our degree provider from Roehampton to UEL. But they're still other apprentices from previous years who are still studying with Roehampton.

Is this with QA too? Why did they change the degree provider?

I'm not sure if it matters or not as we go to the QA campuses instead of the actual uni, but they may have different assessments standards to adhere to.

We have a three year program (Where we all go straight into university) and those who didn't have the grades for the three year program, have to do a four year program where they obtain a Level 3 qualification with QA before moving onto University.

And they've changed it for my year where we have to actually attend university lectures instead of doing online lectures/assessments. I didn't even know we had changed universities until a few weeks before I started. I'm unsure as to why we changed providers but I would have preferred if they just stuck with Roehampton to be honest.

You probably wouldn't be able to answer this now, but do you prefer to attend university lectures instead of doing them online? The videos I've watched today are good quality, but I'm not sure if I can fully learn effectively in this way.

I'd prefer to learn online just because I don't necessarily have the inconvenience to travel to the university + I'd like to learn at my own pace rather than a teacher going through their own slides + Lectures are extremely long, mine range from 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours and I'm at university 9 til 6 with 4 lectures in a day

Hello! I started the degree apprenticeship with QA in October too.

I'm currently a HR Systems and Information Advisor, and having almost completed the first module (Understanding Systems Development), I've found the online learning element to be slightly difficult - I'm not great at motivating myself but managed to finish my assignment nevertheless.

I'm doing the Data Analytics pathway...and I'm struggling to come up with a project for my Web Based Portfolio - my company aren't really big on the whole HR Data Analytics... have you decided on a project?

Hi im interested in doing this degree apprenticeship, but have yet not applied. I am currently doing my A-levels (second year), I have no idea what to include in my application, any advice?

Right okay thanks, i dont have much experience with in the industry is this something that would be required before applying?

I have also applied for few apprenticeships and most were also degree apprenticeships and advanced level. I had a call from estio but couldn't answer and I emailed them but haven't got a reply yet also registered with QA and nothing yet. I might goto uni but can't afford it so need this apprenticeship but not sure how to get in since all my concentration was on uni and not apprenticeship. how do I get into apprenticeship? I'm willing to start this summer

What A-level grades did you get to go on your degree apprenticeship, if you don't mind me asking??

... but I am not sure if they'd consider me eligible since I did a BTEC in Engineering, rather than A levels... I did get D*D*D but still, not quite sure.
