Your secondary school may be able to help with your UCI number. Depending - how long ago you did your gcses?
Best bet is to ring your exam boards and tell them your situation, so you can get another copy of your certificates.
Your previous school should be able to tell you your UCI.
To get replacement certificates you need to contact the relevant exam boards and pay them - it's around £40 per certificate. https://www.gov.uk/replacement-exam-certificate
