Your spelling of "cheddar" in the poll triggers me :colonhash:

My favourite is Applewood. Smokey, yet creamy; rich and flavoursome, yet not overpowering; though I will say, the packeted ones from the supermarket don't hold a candle to the fresh stuff from the cheese counter.
Red Leicester, obviously :sogood:

Oops  was too busy thinking about the taste of the cheese than the spelling, clearly :yum:

I totally get that, it's amazing. Agreed it's better fresh

Halloumi is the way forward

Oh yeah - my mum is veggie and the ‘veggie fish and chips’ is with halloumi. Although my partner is also veggie and couldn’t have the halloumi and chips the other day in a pub but it didn’t quite so why, maybe it’s cooked in lard or something from an animal.

I love halloumi. Tbf I would eat any cheese. I had a sticky toffee pudding cheese once which was really weirdly nice
TBH the only cheese I eat is mozzarella since the only time I eat cheese is when I eat pizza, so I'm going to say mozzarella.
Mozzarella b!tches!

Now I’m just thinking of mozzarella sticks and getting hungry
The best cheese is the one which is melting in an oven to make delicious foods, casseroles for instance. :coma:
