Most Uni Admissions offices will CLOSE from Friday 21 December to around Weds 3 January
This is because the entire Uni will close down for that period - ie. no staff there at all.

So, probably next Thursday evening or early-ish Friday will be the last offers going to UCAS until the New Year.

Predicted 4A*'s in Maths,Fm,Econ and Physics
BTW folks - this 'days to make an offer' is a daft statistic to concentrate any brain-space on.

These are average wait times across all courses - and many of these Unis :
a) have courses like Medicine or Nursing that interview (= months to make a decision),
b) run courses like Law that need external testing (= potentially months of delay as many applicants wait until the deadline to take the test),
c) get lots of overseas applicants (= extra weeks to assess overseas qualifications),
d) many smaller courses wait until 15 Jan before they start to any assess applications by comparing all applicants in one hit (known as 'gathered field') .

And finally - what on earth does 'days to make an offer' tell you anyway, and why does it matter? It doesnt mean its a better Uni, a better course, or when YOU will get an offer.

Seems that several people on TSR are wasting time compiling meaningless 'lists' and winding hundreds of applicants up in an entirely pointless exercise.
