This is also true, there's sadly no viable alternative.
India would of been better adopting the China style form of development but it would of still been entrenched with corruption.
Either another partition is on the cards or increased pressure from China who will obviously throw it's weight around considering it's economy. India has the mentality of being a super power but hardly any of it's policies reach the ground level.
