Another example of metatheatricality in Shakespeare would be the speech by Time in The Winter's Tale.

The Henry V chorus is metatheatrical because it asks the audience to imagine the battle scenes with their minds. Drawing attention to the fact they are watching a play that will not be realistically representing the action. Hope that helps.
