Funding for Postgraduate courses

I am applying for a postgraduate course in September 2011- How do I find funding?? apart from the usual avenues such as the uni etc! any help would be great

Funding at this stage will be extremely difficult to find.

Kels - funding deadlines are normally quite early, usually in January/February. They are also particularly sparse for MA/MSc, if this is what you are applying for. If you are applying for a PhD, I would think nearly all funding deadlines have passed.

Have a look on the funding pages of the Uni you are applying to, and try postgraduatestudentships.co.uk. You might also want to think about Charitable Trusts etc., which tend to have more rolling deadlines.
