Messed up interviewer
Insisting on a immediate sudden phone interview. I'd rather schedule a phone interview after researching properly for the job and company.
And then she asked me a weird question. Give an example of a time you SAILED well and how you turned around using your initiative. WTF! I asked her if she said SAILED and she said yes, then told her I don't go sailing in boats. She just said that's ok we'll move onto the next question meaning I got cut off.
