Insurance law question - HELP

Hi guys, so I am currently making an application, and this one questions has made me hit a brick wall. Is there anybody out there who could shed some light on this subject for me? It would be greatly appreciated!

- What are some of the main factors that will affect an insurance law firm over the next two years?

Possibly of relevance is the "Legal Services Act 2007, which made it possible for non-legal companies to take stakes in law firms or to buy them." Times, 25/01/12, page 39. (today)

To quote the story , " A specialist handler of personal injury insurance claims has bought a Liverpool-based law firm in the first deal of its kind....."

The firms in question are Quindell Porfolio who have purchased Silverbeck Rymer.

The joining of resources is meant to bring a one stop cheaper solution re these types of claims with lower costs then passed on to the insurer.

Trust this helps.
