Is it true that they are going to knock down Andrew Melville Hall?

I read in another thread that they are going to bulldoze Melville Hall. Is this true or just wishful thinking? Also if it is true, are they going to build another hall to replace it and have they set a date for the demlition?

Believe it or not, Melville won an architecture award back when it was built and though it's not listed at the moment, it would probably become a listed building were there to be any threat of demolition. As far as I know there are no health or safety issues regarding the hall, and it is completely structurally sound. So, based on what I know (which I'm led to believe is accurate), Melville won't be up for demolition any time soon. Fife Park on the other hand...

No Melville is not getting knocked down... they are taking applications for returning students to stay here and are doing building renovation... come on!
