Manchester or Sheffield?

I have offers from both Manchester and Sheffield to study business management, but I cannot choose between them!
My first impression of Manchester wasn't great, it was cold and raining and I was exhausted and one of the lecturers didn't make a great impression, but I really liked Sheffield on first impression, it seemed to have a really friendly atmosphere.
I know they're both red brick unis, but would anyone be able to shed light on which uni is actually better for business management? They both claim to have fab accreditations, and I've tried unsuccessfully to look up ofsted reports.
Please help, I have about a week to decide!
