2nd Year Accommodation

Hi,

I was just trying to plan ahead and I was wondering what most people do for their second year in terms of accommodation as it might influence my choice on accommodation for my first year.

Do people who spend their first year in off campus halls usually rebook and stay there?

And do people who live in the on-campus accommodation usually look to rent a house or do they move into off-campus accommodation?

It's really a mix. Some freshers mover to other halls and some move to houses. UNI provides quite a lot of info for you to decide best for you. Don't forget you need to make sure of the housemates you might spend another year with.
