modern studies help!

i am currently doing a one year higher modern studies crash course and im kinda clueless! if youre able to answer the following qs thanks a lot!

1) i am doing devolved decision making in scotland in the political issues unit and i am confused as to what to learn for content... my teacher inists that its fine to learn a few ways in which scotland has power to use devolved powers and a few ways in which westminster has power and write a few paragraphs on each to indicate balance.. is that correct?

2) for the gender and race inequalities i am desperate for some points... i have looked at marking instructions but they confuse me in what to include

3) for dme, i am unsure as to what background knowledge to learn

thanks for the help!
For my DME, you just need to know figures/statistics which correspond to the Wealth and Health unit, e.g. obesity rates (for, say, school lunches).

I am also having trouble with my crash higher. Has your teacher given you any tips as to what statistics to learn? or is it a complete guess?

What about like smoking rates, dibetes rates, obesity rates, alcohol drinking rates and long term illness,, all among whites, blacks, west indians, pakistanis and other ethnic groups.
Also unemployment rates, income levels (different ethnic groups might be more likely to have certain jobs), the area they live in (are ethnics groups more likely to live in the same area, is it a low income area) use examples here, different education levels mean different jobs.
I have a few notes but I binned most of it but these are health race inequalities essay/dme notes I have:

I think GP stands for general population

I'd also recommend you remember some government policies and statistics relating to these that support your argument because most of the questions using ethnic group inequalities tend to be how government policies have affect or how effective have they been.
