AS AQA Computing Specification?

Here is the AQA computing specification (2009 onwards/latest one):

I'm practising past papers from 2009 to June 2012. However, does anyone have access to January 2013 Computing Papers + Mark Scheme so I can practise that paper also? Or would I have to buy this?

Also, if you are very familiar with the old AQA computing specification, are there any changes to the 2009 one? Since I may practise older papers.
