The Ski and Snowboard was one of my very favourite things at college. It must be really hard on them all having a committee member die during the varsity trip. Sigh. His poor family and friends.

The claim should properly be for a loss of a chance; the difference between the chance of him becoming a hot shot commercial lawyer with his history 2:1 and with a history first.

This is an application to strike out the claim as having no reasonable prospect of success. He doesn't appear to be suing Brasenose. A lot has changed in 30 years, but it used to be a college responsibility to arrange undergraduate tuition.

I commented on a page pointing out the fact that OUSU already denied forcing people to use "ze".

They responded by saying that's just "a few students" disputing it and they would go for the reputable sources. Then they blocked me.
