Economics AS edexcel help

Can anyone give me tips getting full marks on evaluation (both units). I seem to know some of the points but tend to lose marks for being too brief.

Talk about it fully if you're too breif. It should be as big as the analysis. Also if you can't right enough always discuss the time e.g. SR vs LR. Discuss the Magnitude. Also do an overall judgement on any other factors/which one is the most significant. For example most the time there's an externality question about external costs and external benefits. One way to evaluate is that the external costs can be offset by external benefit vice versa e.g. Increase in business expanding leads to pollution however the external cost can be offset by the external benefit that there's more employment and more jobs. Imo for evaluation marks just make sure you've revised each topic thoroughly and evaluation is basically just the disadvantage of most of the things in the revision book. Good luck. Same with Unit 2 but just do a bit more writing and make sure you've gone through all topics.
