i found the 1st paper Ok..i couldnt get the area of the triangle... i guessed ..did you do this?
with paper 2i think i only got that r question wrong as well .. that was the only question i couldnt do

i tried using logs.. grrr hopefully will get an A* though... how were you doing in past papers?

You all think this is super easy!
I found it really hard.. and I hope the grade boundaries are low..

Pretty sure it was a quadratic... Just do r^-1 (r^2 + r - 1) = 0 (or something along those lines!)

Then solve by completing le square.
I didn't like any of the pure maths papers!! The examiners set the paper to torture us or what!! Some were okay but

i can say that if you have a B in this exam you are definatley going to get an A at alevel maths.. it is a very hard qualification

it was the one where we had the volume for a solid.. i think it was V=4(pi)R^3
then dv/dt = ....
and there was something about H and we needed to find it when v=500 ??

i dont remember the question but i rememebr rechecking it and it was ok

what do you think you got in terms of marks?
Pretty sure I lost 1 mark for Paper 1 (pretty easy) and around 4 at most in Paper 2... wasn't TOO bad tbh.
