The majority of people will have conditional offers, but in applying for accommodation each uni works differently.
I have my firm as Warwick and insurance as York, both conditional offers but totally different accommodation systems.
For Warwick, I've already applied, for York I have to wait until 2 days after results day
So I wouldn't worry to much
