Economics or Business and Management at a not so good uni?

What has a better career prospectus out of Economics or Business Management at a not so good uni (DMU)? If it was a good uni then Economics would be better as there would be options to get into finance at good firms and supposedly better jobs but would Business Management be better at a not so good uni as it's more broad so it would be apply to more jobs.

I've already received a conditional offer to study Economics at DeMontfort and have put it as my insurance but I was wondering whether it would be a better idea to try and transfer to Business and Management, what do you think? I've studied business at A Levels but I haven't done maths or economics and I'm probably going to get CCC in my A Levels and got mainly Cs and Bs at GCSEs.

What are the jobs you can get with an Economics degree or a Business and Management degree and should I try and transfer my course onto Business and Management if there's spaces available when I start uni in September?
