Right, my Food exam on Friday.
Pastry products suitable to be provided/sold at a sporting event. Need to take in to consideration either competitors needs or spectators.
Normally asked for 2 design ideas/recipes/descriptions/specs.... what are your ideas! Anything original.. do you think the examiner would go for??
