If the mock is over 2 lessons how do you do the plan. Do you do 2 separate ones for the 2 courses or do you prepare in lesson 1 then cook in lesson 2

hello! i always wanted to take food tech but my school unfortunately doesn't have it as an option for gcse or a-level; what kinda stuff do you have to do for the course/exam if you don't mind me asking and do you think it's useful/fun? sorry for not being able to help!!
