Challenge questions - please give them a go!

Been given these questions and I have no idea where to even start If anyone can help even a little bit!

B) The surveyor measured a sound pressure level of ‘A’ x 10^-2 Pa at peak traffic times. If the threshold of hearing pressure = 2 x 10^-5 Pa. Calculate the sound pressure level for the traffic noise.

A=1.98

So I did 1.98x10^-2=0.0198 and then 2x10^-5=0.00002
But I don't know what to do after that, so confused!

The next question is
C) A work surface in the kitchen is to have a service illuminance of ‘A’ lux at its centre estimate the required luminous intensity of a lamp positioned ‘B’ m above the centre of the work surface.

A=410 B=2.6

And I have no idea what to do with that either.
