If you could analyze 10 minutes of ANY movie.....

Currently doing media, and our teacher has asked us to take any movie we want (sadly no porn allowed), cut 10 minutes from it, then analyze it.

I'm in between Shaun of the Dead and Toy Story.

If it were up to you, what movie would it be and why?
The first Narnia film.

Toy Story sounds fun :smile: Although horror/horror comedy are really easy to analyse from what I remember, as there are so many obvious conventions.

For something interesting I'd probably go for The Big Lebowski.

OOOOH or maybe I'd go for Planes, Trains and Automobiles. That's fun.

Considering ease as well as interest though, probably Toy Story.

Warrior King, from this scene and onward.

Meh. You need to see Tony Jaa in action.

In the end, decided to go with Shaun of the Dead, as Toy Story doesn't have any noteowrth deaths.

Unfortunately, for reasons I cannot understand, no one in my class thinks its funny. At all. As if something including Simon Pegg and Nick Frost could be anything but hilarious.....

So, I'm going with SotD's slightly retarded and more slapstick brother, Zombieland. Same movie really.

What I meant by that was that Tony Jaa in Tom Yum Goong wasn't as impressive as Ong Bak.

The beginning of Up ;n;
Probably part of the Elephant Man, or 10 minutes from the Painted Veil, when they go and get completely wasted with Waddington. :lol: Or ten minutes from Nightmare Before Christmas. :tongue:
