Quick Question on Negligence (Tort)

Just wondering, do the special liability regimes (i.e. product, employer and occupier liability) only apply in relation to the tort of negligence or should they also be applied to other torts such as nuisance etc. in problem questions?

I thought it only applies to negligence but wanted to make sure :-)

Negligence = Duty, Breach, Causation and Psychiatric Injury. I'm not sure exactly what you're asking but Negligence is one thing whilst the land torts are another thing completely as far as I know.
