Immodium and rennies?
I have a work training session in a few weeks
Whenever I have something like this I always get really bad anxiety which causes me to need to sometimes need the loo more than usual and have tummy rumbling.
Would it be safe to use Immodium and Rennies together?

The internet doesn't immediately say anything bad about it, maybe ask a pharmacist too (they usually know best about these things).
Another option is to visit your GP and discuss this issue. A beta blocker like propranolol could be more appropriate, it will stop you getting anxious in the first place and prevent any annoying physical symptoms (and is also very safe).
