Nursing- A level options?

I will be studying my A-levels next year and I'm currently choosing my subject options. I want to become a military nurse when I am older and I have currently chosen the A-levels applied science, health & social and anthropology. I'd love to do English literature but due to timetables that option is not available. This means that I must chose from a list of subjects which are as follows:
English language
history
BTEC PE
physical education
sociology

None of these subjects would have been my preferred A-level options but as you can imagine I need to choose the right subject that will enable me to do what I want to do. I have no idea which one to chose so any ideas would be helpful.

Sociology, I would imagine, is the best option to take as it's a social science. Is psychology not available?

Sociology is a subject which can be subbed for science for some nursing schools, so I'll say that's the most appropriate subject
