AQA GCSE Business CA

Can any-one offer any advice as to how to achieve full/top marks for a Business controlled assesment.

The brief from AQA goes along the lines of: 'Investigate a current small business and the quality of it's customer service. Suggest improvements that can be made by the business'.

Can anyone offer any advice on how to structure the report, or generally what to include?

EDIT: Also, would I write in the first person, or the third person?

when writing academicly, always use third person, also remember the rule to use the three tells, these are tell the reader what you are going to tell them, tell them, tell them what you've told them.
As for content, that is up to you possibly look into CSR, its human resource management and how that can affect engagement and how that can affect customer care.
