Economics vs Law for A Level

Hi,

I have decided on History, Politics and Sociology to take for AS Level.

For my fourth I'm deciding between Law and Economics. Which subject is better between the two and which would go better with my three other choices?

Thank you.
Economics. More respected and leaves more doors open. Works well with other subjects too.

Law would combine well with History and Politics, but Economics is the more respected subject to take - provided you have a great interest in it.
Economics is more prestigious... Law is ranked alongside Psychology in terms of prestige.. even Law courses at uni would prefer you have economics at A level.

i'm doing the same set of subjects as you and I took law as for fourth subject.
why don't you read the main textbook for each subject first and see if you like one more than the other?

go to your exam board's website and they'll provide a list of recommended books for each subject.
you can go onto google books and read a sample of it.

also look at the specifications of each subject and the past year exam questions.
so you know what you're getting yourself into.
no one knows you best but you.

have fun.
