Are these A levels ok for nursing?

I've picked biology, chemistry, psychology and religious studies and as my reserve I don't know whether to put down English Language or History-I prefer History and I could struggle in the english exam but English language would probably more useful.

Are these choices ok?
What reserve choice do you think would be the best option?

Of course I am no expert in any way but you'd get onto Nursing with those subjects no problem, although I agree with you that the English Language aspect may prove more useful than History/Religious Studies. Nevertheless you could get into to Nursing with those, especially given the scientific/psychological background which play a big part in Nursing...

but remember for a course such as nursing it is v. important to make sure you get plenty of work experience...
