Contract Law- Offer and Acceptance
Hi everyone,
I am a second year Law student and I'm doing my contract law essay right now (I know I left it late). My essay question involves me discussing whether the offer and acceptance model should be applied regardless of unfair results. Now my question is whether the initial part of formation of contracts, agreement, (the whole test of objectivity and subjectivity) is a part of the offer and acceptance model? I know it sounds like a stupid question but I can't figure it out for the life of me!
