Getting into LCF being an international student

I live in the US (Florida) and I want to apply to LCF and Central Saint Martins. I love fashion, and I want to apply for Fashion Journalism. My grades have not been that good the past two years. (I had an incident happen to me) I have a blog and my portfolio is growing. I include things such as live screen shots of my blog, what i post, inspiration, and sketches/photos I have drawn/taken. My question is: how hard is it to get into LCF and Central Saint Martins?

I got an offer from LCF. My program doesn't need portfolio. I personally think LCF is easier to get in, but still, I went to the interview twice to get a BA offer.
