It's democratic when you compare it to its aggressor, Russia.

well I guess if the President of Ukraine himself is wanted by Interpol, then yeah. criminals attract criminals.
Russian propaganda never ceases to amaze me.

Take over a nation & try to prosecute their leadership. How very American.

Saakashvili is a lovely person.

Sputnik is incredibly pro-Russian and ran by Putinists

The Guardian article is neutral, so I'm not sure why you are putting it here. I never said I do not believe that he was made Governor, if that's what you mean. I deny that he had any involvement in "abuse of power". They are clearly politically-motivated by the new Pro-Russian govt.

so the answer is no then, its not a propaganda.

Err, it is propaganda.

He has committed no crimes and this is an anti-Ukrainian article by making it seem like they hire criminals, which they don't and this makes it propaganda.

EU-commissioned report In more than 1,000 pages of analysis, documentation and witness statements, found former Ex-Georgian president guilty of war crimes.

EU doesn't have the best relationship with Russia if i recall properly.

Georgian authorities have put former President Mikheil Saakashvili on a wanted list and will detain him if he returns to the country he led for nearly a decade. The Prosecutor-General's Office said on August 14 that Saakashvili is wanted on charges

no one said him committing crimes being the main point of the news, he just pissed off a lot of Georgians in the process. and the guardian also says ' But the present Georgian leadership has accused him of abuse of power and has asked for his extradition.' so it is true that he is 'wanted at home', no propaganda here.

so there is an accusation, just like the ones on blatter. People accuse him of corruption, there are no proof, but a lot of people are upset that he got reelected as the FIFA president. So are you trying to say that everyone upset with blatter getting reelected are spreading propaganda of his corruption scandals?
