Help with Biology work...

For my Biology CA task I need to find a way of testing this hypothesis: The harder muscles work, the sooner they become fatigued. But I have no Idea how to test it or what method to use. Have any ideas?

I assume you have to talk about anaerobic respiration which produces lactic acid. The lactic acid accumulates in the muscles and makes them tired and sore. The harder your muscles work, the quicker lactic acid is produced and the quicker they become tired. However, I'm not sure how you could test the hypothesis. Maybe exercising at different rates? Bare in mind that I'm a GCSE student so don't take my word for it =)

No problem. Effects of exercise is a key topic in B2 so it would be a good idea to know it =)
