Peking Sauce

What does Peking sauce taste like?
Im going to the Chinese for me tea tonight, and i want to try something different, but I dont like trying things that I dont know what is in it lol.

Any other recomendations from the chinese, other than sweet & sour or blackbean?

You mean for Peking duck? That's usually served with plum sauce, or hoi sin.

I'd try something like chilli beef, or go for a Thai. Thai tastes fresher, chinese the same to me.

If you're in Cambridge, Segat, try Charlie Chan's dim sum at lunchtime (I think it's in Regent Street).

I've just had too much chinese that sucks. I'd rather have Thai or Malay really. I can tell MSG a mile off.

My mum makes Peking Chicken and it tastes sort of like sweet and sour.
