Hi, I need help on the assignment for HFT , like the recipe I’m making a vegan wrap it’s supposed to have some herbs and for the sauce I’m gonna use plant based mayonnaise and sprinkle in some different seasonings now I found out that it will be inaccurate and that you shouldn’t use pinches as a measurement of excreting seasonings , and now idk what to do, because I wanted to add like cumin, pepper, paprika etc to mayonnaise and make that the sauce but idk what to use to make the sauce for the wrap
