Wish me luck

After reading and re-reading the posts on here and also on the Durham colleges jcr message boards, I have finally decided that I am going to try and change the college that I have been offered which is currently JB. I am torn between asking to move to Collingwood or Van Mildert, so if anyone can advise (from an unbiased view :smile:

) the main differences between the two, it would be a great help.

Er, Mildert has a pond? Collingwood is up its own ~~arse~~ hill and has a tendency to refer to Mildert as the comp on the swamp in publications? Whatever college you go to you'll love it, the differences are pretty superficial.

I got offered a place at Van Mildert and having done some research into it, it looks great. Apparently have pretty goo accomodation (as does Colling. apparently) and has a lake... Oooh. Haha. Did you make an open application then? Why don't you fancy Josephine Butler? x
