I doubt it. All that stuff does is slightly bleach your skin over a long period of time and Konnie certainly doesn't look any fairer lol
I think it's just her genes. Some people just age better, often due to the thickness of their skin and amount of melanin in it (the more the better). It probably explains why white people age a lot faster than, say, black people.
