You can only apply to one of Oxford and Cambridge (and you have less than a fortnight to do so). You can, at the same time or later, also add further choices to your UCAS application, up to a total of five choices in all.

To add to what the others have said: you can add your other choices until the 15 January deadline unless you're applying to study medicine, dentistry or veterinary medicine. Those subjects have the same deadline as Oxbridge regardless of where you're applying to study them.
