Transferring to the same course in another uni

Currently studying MEng Computer Science with a year in industry in Queens University Belfast and I'm not enjoying the university at all, which I only chose because I didn't want to leave home and move overseas, but I've recently decided that I'm ready to go further away. I've looked around, and Newcastle University have the same course with almost the exact same modules in the first year, except they have a Mathematics for Computer Science and a Web Design module, whereas we have a Reasoning for Problem Solving module. I was wondering does anyone know if it'll be worth my while even considering a transfer, maybe if I sat their modules separately over summer during exam repeats or something? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
